Terms & Conditions


1. Parent / Guardian Responsibilities

By enrolling your child at Soccer Evolve Academy, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• To disclose all relevant medical conditions relating to your child prior to participation.

• To ensure that any required medication is brought to each session and is clearly labelled.

• To keep emergency contact details accurate and up to date at all times.

• To notify Soccer Evolve Academy prior to booking if your child requires additional support, enabling us to discuss individual needs and ensure the best possible experience.

• To acknowledge that your child’s personal information will be accessed only by authorised Soccer Evolve Academy staff and handled in accordance with data protection legislation.

2. Monthly Subscriptions & Payments

• All monthly subscriptions are collected on the 1st of each calendar month.

• Subscription cancellations must be submitted in writing with a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the next payment date.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the following month’s payment being charged.

• Any changes to payment details must be communicated via email to soccerevolveacademy@outlook.com.

• Missed or failed payments will be communicated promptly.

• If payment issues are not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, Soccer Evolve Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel your child’s place.

• Where a child joins part-way through a month, a pro-rata payment covering sessions attended will be added to the first monthly subscription.

3. Trial Sessions

• New participants are entitled to two complimentary trial session per class.

• Once a trial has been completed, the same class cannot be trialled again at a later date if enrolment is not taken up.

• Trial sessions for alternative classes may be offered, subject to availability and these terms and conditions.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be carried over or rescheduled.

• In the event that a session is cancelled by Soccer Evolve Academy due to unforeseen circumstances (including staff illness or venue closure), a full refund will be issued for the affected session.

5. Attendance

• Parents or guardians must inform Soccer Evolve Academy if their child is unable to attend a scheduled session.

• If a child fails to attend sessions for four consecutive weeks without communication from a parent or guardian, Soccer Evolve Academy reserves the right to withdraw the child’s place from the programme.

6. Feedback & Complaints

• Soccer Evolve Academy is committed to maintaining the highest standards and welcomes constructive feedback.

• Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to soccerevolveacademy@outlook.com.

• Informal concerns may also be raised directly with your child’s coach.

• An initial response will be provided within 2 working days.

• We aim to fully resolve all complaints within 7 days.

• Where this is not possible, revised timescales will be communicated clearly. All complaints are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
